This little establishment is tucked away in the corner of santee trolley town center, a hidden gem of sorts. The dining area is rather small, but the menu and burgers aren't. Some of these burgers you low key gotta do CPR on the burger itself to smash them down and fit in your mouth. Like jump off a top rope and land on burger cuz these things the size of rhode island. Now, service and speed ain't their fortè, if you're starving and there's a line, forget it, you gonna be a year older before you get your burger. And prices are higher than snoop dog, but you get an epic burger. Anywho, this can be good and place if you got time and money, but overall is a good burger spot.

Food always slaps!! Service is pretty good and the vibe there is always chill. 10/10 recommend!

My husband and I were regulars here (before moving away) and it is our go-to for burgers. The portion sizes are big, totally shareable and everything is reasonably priced. The dining area is smaller so maybe not great for large party's but a lot of seating outside. Staff is always friendly and helpful with the menu items! HIGLY RECOMMEND!

Still visiting here after moving away. Good burgers. The selection has gotten a smaller since last time I visited the Kearny Mesa location, The only complaint was the popcorn chicken was a little overdone, dry and my fries were a little undercooked.

It's been years and it's still delicious! Service is good they bring your food to your table. Casual spot for family's! If you ever wonder out to east county give it a try!!

Amazing burgers, cooked to perfection! Their French fries are some of the best I've had and I can't wait to go back.

I absolutely love Anny's Fine Burger! Tucked away in the Santee Trolley shopping center, this place is a true gem. From the moment you walk in, you can tell you're in for a treat. I've been here twice, and each time the food has been nothing short of amazing. It never disappoints! One of the first things you'll notice is the menu--it's huge and easy to read, plastered right on the walls. Whether you're in the mood for a classic burger or something different, they've got you covered. And don't even get me started on the French fries--they're just as good as the burgers! The restaurant itself has a chill vibe, with plenty of space and seating options. Whether you prefer to sit indoors or enjoy your meal outside, Anny's Fine Burger has got you covered. What really makes this place special, though, is the staff. They're incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to answer any questions and make sure your order is spot-on. If you haven't been to Anny's Fine Burger yet, you're missing out. Trust me, you won't regret it!

6/16/24 - LOL, guess trying to find a place to eat out on Father's Day wasn't a good idea. I forgot it was. I went with a friend and we ordered at 5:54pm, the food arrived fast at 6:10. Both mushroom burger and California burger cooked well done as asked. No issues. Always nice service and clean inside. I haven't had any problems at this location. I recommend it to try.

Have been meaning to try this place after hearing great recommendations and I was not disappointed! Came in Tuesday evening and the place was busy with both pick up and dine in orders, there was only one person working in the front but she did amazing handling everything from what we could tell. We ordered the Texas burger, garlic fries and the chipotle burger, the portions are huge and everything was delicious, will definitely be coming back

I prefer Anny's Fine over Five Guys in my mouth. I have visited here a couple of times as well as their Kearny Mesa location. This dining room area is relatively smaller in comparison, but the neighborhood restaurant has enough space to accommodate several families and beer buddy groups. There are also common area patio tables within the Santee Trolley Square food court area by the MTS station. Ample parking spaces too. Received a friendly greeting as I walked in. Checked out their chalkboard menu as well as the giant printed wall menu. Noticed some craft beers on tap. Took me a moment to decide on my to-go order because of the menu choices and options. Wifey got a Sand Dune and our Mini-Meez got their cheeseburger kids meals. This time I tried their Korean bbq steak sandwich. This craveable snack is hefty and could be a messy knife-and-fork meal for some to share. The bread held up well against the cheesy melty peppers and onions in the to-go box. Tender steak bites were tasty. For whatever reason my buds tasted more sweet teriyaki flavors over savory bulgogi vibes. Mini-me 2.0 wanted to check out the Bacon Cheese Fries. It's a good portion. I'd probably enjoy them more at dine-in because the fries don't stay crispy after getting smothered and covered for the car ride home.
